I joined the Company in 2013 as PA to the Directors and Office Manager. In 2017 I became HR Manager and Company Secretary, and most recently, in February 2025 I was promoted to Group HR Director.  When I first joined the Company, a big attraction for me was the supportive, family feel approach and having the opportunity to join a team who were values-driven. That culture has been evident from day one and continues to shape my experience at ICA Group.

As a member of the CIPD, I combine my technical HR knowledge with a people-first approach. I am passionate about employee wellbeing, employee engagement and thrive on building an inclusive, values-driven workplace within ICA Group.

To see the company and its people flourish year-on-year has been amazing, and despite the huge growth of the company, the positive Company Culture has always remained and continued to flow through all of our Group Companies.  It makes me really proud to be a part of such a positive environment.
