Having undertaken my Building Control Surveyor training and gaining membership to RICS at a large national Approved Inspector, I was fortunate to gain exposure to an extensive portfolio of Commercial projects. These varied in size and complexity from nationwide Retail Store Roll Outs and Office Fit Outs to very large Mixed-Use schemes and Student Accommodation.

Myself and James Cook set up Cook Brown Building Control in 2004, we grew the business to over forty employees within six years, with a varied client base across England and Wales. Our vision has always been to focus on delivering an exceptional service to our clients. We provide a unique offering in the Quality, Compliance and Sustainability Consultancy market.
