Michèle Aloko

My work background:
Born and raised in Ivory Coast, I moved to France to study HR after completing my 1st degree in Management Science.
My previous jobs have been in recruitment and head-hunting agencies. I have also worked in HR and compliance administration in the Education and Biomedical sectors for SMEs and international companies.
About my role
I joined the group in April 2021. I am responsible for co-ordinating the implementation of the new HR Information System and managing our employee’s lifecycle. Another part of my role is to ensure that there is a synergy in the HR processes within the group and compliance with the GDPR regulations.
Random facts:
Being very active as a child and in high school, I use to play table tennis, volleyball and gymnastic . Now, my trainers are gathering dust.
About me:
My kitchen is my laboratory. I like cooking dishes from different countries.
I also like taking pictures and editing them in my spare time.
I’m known by my friends and family as the go to person for throwback pictures.
